Housing Stabilization Services
What is HSS?
The new Home and Community-based Service (HCBS) known as Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) helps people with disabilities secure permanent housing, establish a reasonable budget for daily expenses, build natural community supports through relationships with landlords and neighbors, and become familiar with the legal obligations and expectations of a lease agreement.
